Georgia’s Largest Retina-only Private Practice Also Welcomes Dr. Andrew Hsia
Georgia Retina, the state’s largest retina-only private practice, is relocating its Riverdale office to Stockbridge and also welcomes retina specialist Dr. Andrew Hsia.
Dr. Hsia joins Dr. Michael Jacobson at the new Stockbridge office, located at 175 Country Club Drive, Suite D.
“We’re very much looking forward to expanding into Stockbridge, and are glad to have Dr. Hsia join us at Georgia Retina,” said practice CEO, Paul Lucas. “His and Dr. Jacobson’s presence at the Stockbridge office will help us expand our services to patients in these areas and continue our mission to provide cutting-edge care to our patients.”
Dr. Hsia is excited to begin his new position. “I’m proud to be a part of such a highly respected practice as Georgia Retina,” he said.
Before attending medical school, Dr. Hsia graduated from the University of California – Berkeley. Dr. Hsia received his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Hsia completed his residency at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He completed a surgical retina fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. A member of the American Society of Retina Specialists, Dr. Hsia has been involved in numerous research studies and has published several research papers.
