Georgia Retina has truly changed my life, and I cannot thank Dr. Paul Walia, his assistant James, and my surgery coordinator Paloma enough for the exceptional care and support they provided throughout my journey. Dr. Walia is not only incredibly skilled but also compassionate and attentive, making me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. James was always there to assist with any concerns I had, and his professionalism and warmth never went unnoticed. Paloma, my surgery coordinator, made the entire process seamless—her organization and dedication ensured that everything went smoothly and stress-free. Thanks to this amazing team, my surgery was a complete success, and my vision has been restored in ways I never thought possible. It’s truly a life-changing experience to be in such capable hands. I cannot recommend Georgia Retina, Dr. Walia, James, and Paloma enough. They are the absolute best in their field!

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to leave Dr. Cho a review. I had been to several ophthalmologists why I was losing my vision slowly. After hundreds of dollars wasted and many months waiting for those appointments, I still had no answer. I finally was able to meet Dr Cho four years ago, and he diagnosed me with a rare macular condition that no other ophthalmologist could figure out. Although there is no treatment for it, I felt such relief with finally having a reason for my symptoms. Not only is he a clearly thorough and knowledgable clinician but his bedside manner is unparalleled. He takes his time in talking with you and makes you feel at ease. I saw him again recently for a follow up and it was again a pleasure to be able to have a follow up with him. Thanks Dr Cho for your passion and patience and going the extra mile. Appreciate you!

I had something in my field of vision so my regular opthalmalogist referred me to Georgia Retina. I was fortunate to see Dr. Jay Stallman, who corrected the issue. Since that time I have seen him annually and he has performed 2 surgeries (macular puckering and vitreous/floaters removal). He is an amazing doctor -- always professional, extremely knowledgeable, and cares about his patients. The nurses and office staff have been pleasant. Claire was especially helpful going over paperwork and what to expect before my most recent surgery a few weeks ago. People sometimes complain about the long wait time. The office has always advised me to expect a 2 hour visit, so that is what I plan for. I believe my eyesight deserves the best care by the best doctor possible, which is why I will continue to see Dr. Stallman.

I love Dr Walia. I have been with this practice for over 20 years. I was in and out in one hour this morning. I will never go anywhere else. My mother is also moving from her Dr to Dr Walia!!!

Dr Stallman has been kind thorough a savior to my sight and thus my quality of life. He also helped my son, Gordon, successfully when he had a retina emergency. Dr. Stallman’s staff is superb! They are always pleasant, helpful, responsive, and very competent.

I have been seeing Dr Stallman at Georgia retina for around 11 years and have never seen anything but smiles and friendly staff that go out of their way to make things faster and easier. Dr stallman is very professional and fine-tuned my treatments enabling me to keep my vision for the last 11 years when I should have been blind. All around great people.

Dr. Stallman and the entire team at Georgia Retina have been fantastic! A sudden detachment of my right retina was successfully treated within 48 hours! During the entire process, Dr. Stallman took the time to listen, educate, and perform at the highest levels.
